Do what you do best. At Consolidary we specialize in Consolidation and External Reporting; aspects of the financial close cycle that we are very exited about.
Consolidary was founded by Jan Breken. During his career in Audit and Corporate Controlling he has seen a lot of financial closes and was involved in many external financial reporting processes. During his corporate career he observed the challenges for finance teams to find the right interpretation of Accounting Standards, validate their position with External Auditors and properly reflect it in their companies’ financial statements.
Companies can also have difficulties to build and maintain a group consolidation function as this is a highly seasonable activity (ranging from monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually). A flexible solution often is the right answer.
About Jan Breken
Following 6 years in Deloitte’s audit practice, Jan joined Euronext where he worked for 18 years in various senior Finance roles.
With a strong desire to become entrepreneur, Jan decided to start Consolidary, providing solutions for external reporting issues, working closely together with partners in his network.
